The crowning of Ashlyn Jenkins as 2008 Miss Madison highlighted the April 12 Miss Madison Scholarship Pageant at Madison County High School. The 17-year-old MCHS senior is the daughter of Raechelle Flynn of Pratts and Richard Jenkins of Aroda.
The first runner-up was Rachel Beeler and the second runner-up was Katlin Carpenter.
Other pageant winners included Pre-Teen Miss Lauren Birkett, Junior Miss Jacqueline Carroll, Little Miss Madyson Gibson, Mister Madison Roman Mayorov, Toddler Master Cameron Myers, Ashlyn, Tiny Miss Lindsay McDaniel, Baby Miss Tristen Weaver, Tiny Master Matthew Malachi Myers and Baby Master Brayden Nicholson.
